Contributions from our sponsors play a major role in the success of this event. Support comes not only from local businesses and individuals, but also from businesses accross the state who want to be good corporate citizens and contribute to the communities where their presence is felt. Proceeds from this annual event are put back into the community, benefiting the City of Rocksprings and the citizens of Edwards County. The benefits of sponsorship go beyond just doing a good deed. Depending on sponsorship level, sponsors can receive a variety of benefits ranging from advertising to VIP seating. And, of course, as a 501 C4 organization, contributions are tax deductible.

Sponsorship Levels

  • $30,000 Title Sponsor

    This is our highest level of sponsorship we offer. You will receive a VIP box seat and dinner both nights during the performance. Your banner will be placed in the arena and your name announced multiple times during the bull-riding. You will also be placed on all advertisements, which include radio ads, our website and our full color programs. You will also be able to display your merchandise at this event if you so choose.

  • $11,000 Music Fest Sponsor

    This level of sponsorship will allow you to be the official sponsor of our music festival. We will feature a main performance both Friday and Saturday night. During the day of July 2nd we will have local bands play all day to create a relaxed and fun environment. If you choose to be the Music Fest Sponsor you banners and logos will be placed around the entire dance floor and have your name or company announced during the performances.

  • $4,700 Sanitation Sponsor

    This level of sponsorship may not seem that amazing but it is our most needed necessity. Without sanitation sponsors our event would not be possible. Your name and company logo will be placed on all portable bathrooms.

  • $5,000 Concession Sponsor

    This level of sponsorship will allow you to provide all drinks and water for this event. Your name and company logo will be placed at every concession stand on the grounds. You will also have your name placed in our program booklet which will be given to all participants and placed at all concession stands.

  • $3,500 Pro Bull Fighter Sponsor

    This level of sponsorship will allow you to sponsor the PBR Pro Bull fighters for both nights. You will have the opportunity to have your company logo placed on the shirts that the bullfighters wear in the arena.

All event sponsorships will receive a VIP dinner and box seats both nights during the Performance, dance tickets, and VIP parking. You will also have your name placed in our pro-gram booklet which will be given to all participants and placed at all concession stands. Your company will also have a corporate sign in the arena , and as a 501 C4 organization, contributions are tax deductible.
